PROJECT MANAGEMENT / OPERATIONAL CLERKING
Through integrated daily project involvement, Meridian is positioned onsite to monitor the day-to-day activities of restoration and remediation contractors. As an Operational Clerk, Meridian works with the contractors involved in the recovery effort, to insure the recovery project is completed in a timely and financially effective manner for comprehensive cost control.
Daily project summations with detailed tracking of labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and all other project components are drafted by Meridian project managers providing an objective report on every aspect of the restoration project.
